SIS Information & Forms


The SIS Parent Portal is a secure Internet-based website that will allow you to view your student’s attendance, grades, schedule, food service balance, progress, assignments, and emergency information. The SIS Parent Portal is a free service and is available to all parents with children enrolled in the district. All you must have is a valid e-mail address and Internet access on your computer to apply for this service.

In order for you to begin using the SIS Parent Portal, you will need to register for a login ID and password. By signing and returning the two forms listed on this page, you are authorizing the Cole R-1 School District to provide you with your own unique login ID and password. Please return these forms to the administrator’s office located in your child’s building as soon as possible. Your account will be created and your username and password will be emailed to you.

The district is pleased to offer you this service and hope that we can use this tool to create a stronger relationship between parents and our school community.

To Get Started

  1. Fill out the Parent Portal Acceptable Use Policy AND the Parent Portal Application forms and return them to the school.
  2. Your User Name and Password will be emailed to the address you provide on the Application form.
  3. Go the school's webpage and click on the Parent Portal link that is provided for you.
  4. Log in using the User Name and Password that was emailed to you.
